Epoxy flooring is one of the most popular upgrades we install in Boca Raton, and for good reason — a properly applied system turns a dusty, stained concrete slab into a seamless, easy-to-clean surface that resists hot tire pickup, oil, and chemicals. But epoxy is also one of the most commonly botched installs in South Florida, because the slab moisture and humidity here punish shortcuts. The difference between a coating that peels in eight months and one that lasts a decade is almost entirely in the prep.

Our process starts with diamond grinding the concrete to open the pores, not a quick acid wash. We test slab moisture, repair cracks and spalls, and address any vapor issues before a single coat goes down. Florida slabs sit on damp ground and the humidity drives moisture upward; if that is ignored, even premium epoxy will delaminate. We build the system to handle it.

For garages, we typically install a high-build epoxy base with a broadcast flake for traction and a clear polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat that resists UV yellowing and shrugs off the South Florida sun coming through an open garage door. For interiors, patios, and showrooms, we offer metallic epoxy that creates a marbled, three-dimensional finish no tile can replicate. Every system is seamless, so there are no grout lines to trap dirt or mildew.
